County Executive Announces Findings of National Center for Smart Growth’s review of GSA Leasing in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Region

County Executive Jack B. Johnson will announce the findings of a study: GSA Leasing in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Region. The leasing study was conducted by the National Center for Smart Growth Research & Education, and the University of Maryland’s Real Estate Development Program. It was commissioned by the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (EDC). Overall, the analysis of data related to GSA leases throughout the Greater Washington metropolitan area found that Prince George’s County’s share of leases is not on par with the rest of the region.
